RETURN POLICY:
PremiumFishFinder.com offers a return period of 30 days from date of purchase. You have to contact us at quality@premiumfishfinders.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning the item. Write the RMA number on the original invoice, on the top and sides of the shipping box (not the product box) and ship it back to the warehouse. Return shipments without an RMA will be refused and charged $10 for return shipping. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Returned products must be in brand new condition, complete in the original packaging. If the product is not in resellable condition, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Special order items may not be returned. All returns are handled on a case by case basis and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Acceptable refunds, minus any charges, will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase after receipt of item back to our warehouse. Failure to return the fish finder will forfeit the refund. PremiumFishFinders.com will not refund shipping charges.
No returns accepted for any reason beyond the 30 days after the purchase date.
WARRANTY POLICY:
All warranties are offered from the manufacturer, not premiumfishfinders.com. Fill out all warranty information from which the manufacturer provides and follow their instructions. For more information, please go to the appropriate manufacturers website.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS:
PremiumFishFinders.com is not responsible for shipments that get lost or stolen. We guarantee shipments from the warehouse and will give you a confirmation email with shipping information and a tracking number. It is up to the customer to make arrangements for being present at time of delivery.
If a parcel arrives in a damaged condition, refuse delivery and it will be returned to us. We will file a claim and replace it to you. If you discover concealed damage once you have accepted delivery, call the carrier for an inspection, hold on to all original packaging, and the carrier will inform you of what to do. If you having any problems, contact us at quality@premiumfishfinders.com and we will gladly help.
BACK ORDER POLICY:
If an item is out of stock, premiumfishfinders.com will notify you within a weeks time period, and give you the option of shipping the item as soon as it becomes available, or cancelling the order with a full refund.
Shipping Policy:
We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. All other customers please email us for shipping rates. We ship via UPS Ground and Fed-Ex Ground as our prefered method of shipping. They only delivers to physical addresses - no P.O. boxes. PremiumFishFinders.com reserve the option of using other shipping companies including USPS. Most items are shipped on the same business day if the order is received by 3 p.m. EST during a normal business week. Weekend orders will be processed for Monday ship. Please review our Back Order Policy when an item is out of stock.
